about the program
Our Mentor Program matches members with sports industry professionals with complementary interests and career objectives. Each mentor receives specialized training, resources, and guided discussion topics. Our intentional mentor selection process is designed to ensure that women from diverse backgrounds, organizations, and functional areas are represented.
We also offer monthly mentor networking sessions that allow all mentors and mentees to connect with other individuals in the program to broaden their network.

Each formal mentor-mentee pairing lasts six months, though we hope the relationships you build will last longer!
